How much is parking?

  • There is free off-street parking for one car per room.

​

Can I check in after 8pm?

​

  • Sometimes late check-in can be accommodated, please check with us prior to your arrival as it is situation dependent and may not always be possible depending on the day and the desired check-in time.

Can I check in before 4pm?

​

  • Sometimes early check-in can be accommodated, but it is situation dependent. Please let us know in advance and we will try to get you in early.

Can I leave my bags after checkout?

 

  • You are welcome to leave bags at checkout (2 bags max per person, must be picked up by 8pm that evening)

Do any rooms have a kitchen?

 

  • No, but the main first floor kitchen is accessible for all guests. We discourage consuming food in the rooms as it can attract insects.

 

Is a security deposit required?

 

  • There is a deposit of $50 for a single room and $100 for a suite. This is fully refundable and is simply to cover any potential damages.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

 

  • For individual rooms the cancellation policy is as follows: full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds after that.

Are there any smoking rooms?

 

  • This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or the garden and is subject to a $250 fee.

 

What is your pet policy?

 

  • Pets are not accepted at this property.

 

Will there be any insects in room?

 

  • We cannot 100% guarantee that the room will be free of insects. We are located in a tropical jungle, and along with the lush vegetation and plentiful fruits comes insects and geckos. We do everything we can to keep the house sealed and will be happy to assist if you find a creature in your area.

Is there an airport shuttle?

 

  • We do not have an airport shuttle. Uber and Lyft are available, though it is not very common here. We recommend renting a car or booking a taxi the day prior to arrival.

Do you charge for Wifi?

 

  • Wifi is free

Do you offer breakfast?

 

  • We offer a free, self serve breakfast which includes yogurt, bagels, toast, spread, coffee and orange juice.

Is there air conditioning?

 

  • All rooms except our two “budget rooms” come with air conditioning.

​

The weather forecast says it will rain everyday! Should I cancel my trip?

 

  • No rain, no rainbows! Sometimes it rains during the day, but usually it rains in the early evening through the morning. November-December and March-April are the rainy seasons.
